Academic Honor Roll: Winter Sports | Spring Sports
ANNVILLE, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference Executive Director Ken Andrews announced the 2016 MAC Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll on Monday. A total of 2,330 student-athletes were recognized, while 213 earned a perfect 4.0 grade-point average (GPA) during the spring semester.
The winter/spring academic honor roll is comprised of student-athletes who compete in a varsity level sport during the winter and spring season and registered a spring term/semester GPA of 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale) or higher. Beginning in 2015-16, the MAC is allowing freshman to be eligible for the conference academic honor roll. (
Prior to 2015-16, only student-athletes with a sophomore academic status or higher with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher prior to the semester of announcement were recognized.)
