Junior Traci Tempone got her season off to a flying start with a second place finish at Saturday's LVC Dutchmen Invite. The Blue Jays, ranked 14th in the nation and third in the Mideast Region, took third as a team. Tempone ran a 5k time of 19:07.4, trailing only Johns Hopkins' Holly Clarke at the finish. An All-MAC First Team and All-Mideast Region pick as a freshman, Tempone's top five finish was the third of her young career.
