Van Galen had a huge week in leading Manhattanville to a 4-0 week, hitting .467 with four homers, 11 RBI and four runs scored. She homered in each of her first three games of the week, setting a new Division III record with five straight games with a homer dating back to last weekend at Delaware Valley. She almost single-handedly led the team to a twinbill sweep of Hunter on Wednesday, driving in nine of the team's 15 runs - including a two-homer, seven-RBI day in game two. She also went 3 for 4 with a two-run homer in game one of Saturday's two-game sweep of Eastern to help the Valiants into a tie for first in the conference.
