In his first race since winning the Elizabethtown College Alumni Challenge on September 14, junior Dan Gresh picked up right where he left off by placing second overall at the Hood College Cross Country Open. Gresh's 8k time of 27:33.2 was tops out of the collegiate runners competing, earning first place points in team placement. Gresh led the way for E-town as all five Blue Jay runners placed in the top ten. They had a meet-best 24 points.
