Elizabethtown junior outfielder Alex Holbert, who missed nearly the entire 2013 season due to injury, batted .429 over seven games this past week as the Blue Jays split three doubleheaders and knocked off No. 25 Misericordia for the second time in six days. Holbert hit safely in six of the seven games, ending the week on a modest four-game hitting streak. Included in that run over the past week were three multi-hit games and a three-RBI performance in a 13-5 win over Immaculata Thursday. Holbert scored a team-best five runs, registered three doubles and stole four bases while playing errorless defense.
