Cynthia Adams (Lebanon Valley / Sr. / Elysburg, Pa.) broke LVC's 400 meter record by nearly a full second as she ran another national top-10 time at Susquehanna’s Orange and Maroon Classic on Friday. Adams won in a time of 58.51 seconds--the fifth-fastest time in Division III this season. She also owns top-15 times in the 800m and mile, all three of which are best in the MAC.
