Cynthia Adams (Lebanon Valley / Sr. / Elysburg, Pa.) ran a season-best 2:17.09 to smash the track record and win the 800 meter run at the Dutchmen Invitational. Adams' time is a MAC-best and ranks seventh in NCAA Division III this season. She broke the Arnold Sports Center track record by more than five seconds.
