Victoria Bibel and the Wilkes University women’s tennis team will make an appearance in the NCAA Tournament for the second-straight season after they defeated Misericordia 5-0 in the Freedom Conference Championship Finals. Wilkes needed to win just two singles matches and did in less than an hour as Shanaman defeated Ellyn Wingert 6-1, 6-0, before Bybel, who was named the tournament’s most valuable player, took down Searfoss 6-2, 6-0 at the No. 1 spot.
