Franco Balbuena (Wilkes / Fr. / Wilkes-Barre, Pa.) broke Wilkes’ 8K program record at the DeSales Invitational. The freshman finished second overall out of 161 runners in the JV race in a time of 27:02, breaking the old school record time of 27:47.
