MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Eric Lam (Arcadia / Sr. / Fremont, Calif) was a factor in four first-place finishes, including three individual events in a season-opening 170-91 win over Hood. Lam swept the backstroke events winning the 100-yard in a time of 57.52 seconds and the 200-yard in a time of 2:03.02. The senior also won the 200-yard IM in a time of 2:04.44. All three times were MAC Championship qualifiers. Lam additionally swam the opening leg for the winning 200-yard medley relay team (1:42.03).
