Sardayah Sambo (Widener / Jr. / G / Middletown, Del.) led the Pride to a 2-0 week with wins over Immaculata (84-77) and Ursinus (87-72). Sambo averaged 19 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 blocks, 2.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 65 percent from the field. The junior totaled 20 points on 9-of-13 shooting with eight rebounds, four blocks, four assists and two steals against Immaculata. Sambo then scored 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting with seven rebounds, three blocks, a steal and an assist against Ursinus.
