Josh Evans (Wilkes / Jr. / Palmerton, Pa.) went 2-0 at 149 lbs. for Wilkes in split duals against US Merchant Marine and Stevens at the Grapple at the Garden in New York City. Evans had a pin over Karsten Tribus of USMMA in a time of 2:31 in the first match. The junior then won a thrilling 7-6 decision over No. 8 Zach Wilhelma of Stevens.
