MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week
AJ Green (Widener / So. / Camden-Wyoming, Del.) was named the 2017 David B. Eavenson Award winner as the MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Year after scoring 60 individual points. Green won a total of six gold medals, including three individual events (100 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke) and three relay events (400 medley, 200 freestyle, 400 freestyle). Green was also part of the silver medalist 200 medley relay team. He was part of three championship relay records and the 100 freestyle record. His 100 freestyle time of 45.33 seconds was also an NCAA provisional time.
