MAC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week
Jackie Mangogna (Hood / Jr. / Kings Park, N.Y.) finished second to a Division I student-athlete in the pentathlon at Navy’s Sweetheart Multi-Mix Madness. Mangogna’s career-best 2,689 points ranks third most in the conference so far this season. Her best score came in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 10.12 seconds for 690 points. She placed third in three of five events in the high jump (1.46m), shot put (8.20m) and long jump (4.70m). She also competed at Dickinson where she finished fifth in the 55-meter hurdles in 9.50 seconds.
