MAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
Devonte Williams (Stevenson / Sr. / Clinton, Md.) earns his third conference weekly award of the season. Williams was named the Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Year at the MAC Championships on Saturday. The senior broke two MAC Championship records on the final day in the 60-meter dash and 200-meter dash on his way to two gold medals. Williams set the 60-meter conference championship record with a time of 6.88 seconds, and then the 200-meter dash conference championship record with a time of 21.79 seconds. His 200 time ranks second in Division III, while of 60 time ranks 10th.
