MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Rachel Groom (FDU-Florham / Gr. / C / Edison, N.J.) was named the MAC Freedom Championship MVP after leading the Devils to their fifth-straight conference title. Groom recorded a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds in the 68-62 win over DeSales in the conference championship game. She added three steals in the win. In the semifinal win over Eastern, Groom recorded 10 points with eight rebounds and two steals.
