Kathryn Moore continues to be the cornerstone of the Valiant defensive unit, helping the team to a 1-0-1 record last week with stellar defense and also contributing a career-high two goals in a 5-2 win over Smith on Saturday. After controlling the defensive third in a scoreless tie with Trinity (Conn.) on Wednesday, Moore connected on a pair of long-range free kicks - including the match-winner early in the second half - for her first career multi-goal game versus the Pioneers.
