MAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
Josh Tupper (Widener / Jr. / Pottstown, Pa.) anchored Widener’s 4x400-meter relay team which won the Pop Haddleton section at the Penn Relays over the weekend. He circled the track in 48.05 seconds, which was the fastest split from the group, to help the Pride punch in a time of 3:16.85. The mark ranks ninth in the nation among NCAA Division III. It was also less than a second shy of eclipsing the school record.
