MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Caroline Shelby (Eastern / Fr., OH / Lititz, Pa.) recorded 69 kills, 76.5 points, 32 digs, seven blocks and four aces in her first week of collegiate volleyball to lead No. 16 Eastern to a 3-1 week. Shelby recorded 20 or more kills in two separate matches, including a season-best 21 kills with a .373 hitting percentage in a 3-2 setback to No. 10 Mary Washington. The freshman recorded a double-double with 20 kills and 14 digs in 3-2 win over Stevens. Shelby had 15 kills in win over John Carroll and 13 kills in a win over Rowan.
