MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Angelica Bertola (DeSales / Sr., F / East Stroudsburg, Pa.) earns her second conference weekly award of the season. She led the Bulldogs to a 2-0 week with 12 points on five goals and two assists. Bertola scored one goal and added two assists in a 5-1 win over Muhlenberg, scoring her 100th career point to make her just the third player in team history to record 100-plus career points. The senior then scored four goals in a 6-1 win over FDU-Florham in the conference opener. That tied a single-game program record. She is now second all-time on the DeSales’ scoring list with 109 points, and just four points from becoming the all-time leader.
