MAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Megan Hupp (Arcadia / So. / Virginia Beach, Va.) captured four individual victories and two relay wins during a 2-0 week for the Knights. In a 136-42 win over Wilkes, Hupp won the 200-yard freestyle (2:00.45) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:05.16) events. She was also a part of the 200-yard freestyle relay winning team in a time of 1:47.29 against Wilkes. The sophomore’s 200 freestyle time is second best in the conference. Hupp then won the 500-yard freestyle (5:28.89) and 1000-yard freestyle (11:21.80) in a 136-126 comeback win over Ramapo. Hupp now has two of the top three times in the 500, and two of the top four times in the 1000 in the MAC (including both top times). Hupp was also a part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that won in a time of 1:43.77 against Ramapo.
