MAC Men’s Runner of the Week
Frank Livolsi (Widener / So. / Lansdale, Pa.) earns his second conference runner of the week award of the season. Livolsi won the individual title at the 2017 MAC Men’s Cross Country Championship on Saturday. The sophomore won the 8K race in a time of 26:08.4, more than five second before the second-place finisher. Livolsi, the 2016 MAC Rookie of the Year, was awarded the 2017 MAC Runner of the Year award for his title. Widener finished fifth overall out of 17 teams.
