MAC Defensive Player of the Week
Annie Smyth-Hammond (Stevenson / So., G / Marstons Mills, Mass.) earns her second conference weekly award of the season. Smyth-Hammond finished the week with a 1-0-1 record, a 1.44 goals against average and a .954 save percentage. The sophomore made a career-best 37 saves in a 1-1 overtime tie against UMass Boston. The only goal allowed was on a penalty kill. Smyth-Hammond then made 25 saves in 3-2 win over Johnson & Wales to end the week.
