MAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Kirsten Siwy (King’s / So. / East Greenville, Pa.) earns her second swimmer of the week accolade of the season. Siwy won three individual events and was the second leg on the King’s winning 200-yard medley relay team that led the Monarchs to a dominating sweep of FDU-Florham (168-76) and Lycoming (177-84). The sophomore captured the 100-yard breaststroke (1:10.09), the 200-yard breaststroke (2:32.72) and the 200-yard individual medley (2:18.88). Her time in the 100 breaststroke is the third fastest in the MAC, her 200 breaststroke time is fourth best in the conference, while her 200 IM time is seventh. Siwy led the 200-yard medley relay team to a win with a time of 1:56.62.
