MAC Offensive Player of the Week
Nick Gray (Stevenson / So., F / Stafford, Va.) totaled three points on two goals and an assist to lead the Mustangs to two MAC victories and claim the inaugural MAC men’s ice hockey title. Gray opened the week scoring the first goal of the game on the power play in a 3-1 win over King’s. The sophomore then scored the game-winning goal, also on the power play, late in the third period to defeat Manhattanville, 4-3, and claim the conference title. Gray also dished out an assist in the championship winning effort. He now has 13 points in his last nine games.
