MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Alecia Rohrer (Messiah / Jr., F / Manheim, Pa.) earns her second conference weekly award of the season. Rohrer averaged 14.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and 1.0 steal per game, while also shooting 54 percent from the field in a 2-0 week that put No. 16/19 Messiah on the inside track to the top-seed in the conference tournament. Rohrer opened the week with 11 points, 14 rebounds, three blocks and steal in a 67-51 win over Widener. The junior then scored a team-high 18 points with nine rebounds, an assist and a block in a 65-57 win over conference leading Albright.
