MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Veronica Wheeler (DeSales / Sr. / Yardley, Pa.) earns her second conference weekly award of the season. Wheeler won the 3,000-meter run with a new MAC record time of 9:56.82 to defeat a field of 14 runners at the NYU Invitational. The original MAC record time of 10:03.77 was set in 2016. Wheeler’s time is the top-time in the MAC this season and 16th in Division III.
