MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Veronica Wheeler (DeSales / Sr. / Yardley, Pa.) earns her third conference weekly award of the season. Wheeler finished second in the 3,000-meter run at the Tufts National Qualifier on Friday against national ranked squads. Wheeler reset her own overall MAC and program record (9:56.82) with a time of 9:50.09. Her time ranks ninth in Division III, and she is now qualified for nationals in both the 3K and 5K events.
