MAC Freedom Pitcher of the Week
Alycia Feeney (Manhattanville / Sr., P / Brewster, N.Y.) went 2-0 with a 2.00 ERA and 17 strikeouts in 14.0 innings of work. On Saturday, Feeney shut down Wilkes after one mistake in the first inning of a 7-2 win, striking out a career-high 11 batters and recording at least one punch out in every inning to move into a tie for sixth-place on the schools’ single-game list. Then on a rainy Sunday against Delaware Valley, she ceded only four hits including only one in the final three innings and struck out six in the 5-2 win.
