MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Anastasia Araviakis (King’s / Sr., M / Baltimore, Md.) earns her third conference weekly award of the season. Araviakis was an integral part of the Monarch’s 2-0 week in conference play after taking part in 10 of the team’s 15 goals for the week. The senior recorded seven goals and added three asssits with nine ground balls, nine draw controls and seven caused turnovers. She began the week with three goals, including the game-winner, two assists, six ground balls, five draws and four caused turnovers in a 7-6 win over Delaware Valley. She scored the game winner with 5:17 left. In an 8-5 win over DeSales, she scored four goals and added an assist, three ground balls, four draw controls and three caused turnovers. The midfielder scored three of King’s first five goals to build 5-0 lead in the first 32 minutes against DeSales.
