MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Kyle Wickenheiser (Messiah / Jr., OF / Camp Hill, Pa.) enjoyed a huge week at the plate to lead Messiah to a 4-1 record. The junior batted .591 (13-22) in the five games after having just three hits in his previous 32 at-bats this season, raising his average from .094 to .296 in just one week. He notched three home runs, 10 RBIs, scored seven times, and was a perfect 3-for-3 on stolen base attempts. He saved his best game for last, registering four hits (one home run), a walk, and four RBIs in Messiah's 23-1 rout of Albright.
