MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Clare Schoen (Misericordia / Jr. / Scranton, Pa.) earns her third conference weekly award of the outdoor season. Schoen rebroke her own MAC and school record time in the 5,000-meter run at the prestigious Penn Relays. She took sixth overall in her heat, first Division III, with a time of 16:54.75. Her previous record set a few weeks ago was 16:58.84. Schoen’s time is the best in the MAC and 14th in the country.
