MAC Men’s Runner of the Week
Langston Gash (Stevenson / Sr. / Edgewood, Md.) repeats as the MAC Runner of the Week after capturing a second-straight individual title. Gash won the Shannon Henretty Invitational against a field of 122 runners to lead Stevenson to a second-place team finishing out of 11 teams. The meet included nationally-ranked Johns Hopkins and Messiah. Gash won the 8K race in a time of 26:21.38 to best second place by over seven seconds.
