Defensive Player of the Week
Ashton Leschke (Stevenson / Sr., LB / Columbia, Pa.) led the Mustangs defense with 10 tackles, a tackle for loss, three pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in a 38-17 win over King’s on Saturday. Leschke came up with a strip at midfield with 5:48 to go in the fourth quarter and recovered it to help stop the Monarchs’ late push.
