MAC Men’s Runner of the Week
Langston Gash (Stevenson / Sr. / Edgewood, Md.) earns his third conference runner of the week award after winning his third event of the season. Gash defeated a field of 129 runners at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University with a time of 25:10.9 in the 8K race. The senior edged the second-place runner by 1.4 seconds. The Mustangs won the team title by 40 points over Division II’s Wilmington (Del.). Stevenson faced a field of 12 teams.
