MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week
TJ Dalton (Arcadia / Jr. / East Stroudsburg, Pa.) earns his second conference weekly award of the season. Dalton set a new MAC overall record and earned an NCAA provisional time in the 200-yard breaststroke at the TCNJ Invitational. Dalton broke his previous MAC record time of 2:04.87 with a time of 2:04.24 to win the race and earn the NCAA “B” cut time. The junior also broke the MAC overall record in the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:04.27 to win the race. Dalton’s previous conference record of 4:06.16 was set last year. He also swam conference season-best marks in the 100-yard breaststroke (58.58 seconds) and the 200-yard IM (1:54.88).
