Mary Poole was offensively and defensively dominant for the Eagles as they cruised to their second Freedom Conference title in as many years. In the semifinal match, the sophomore from Lancaster, Pa., picked up seven digs and two key assisted blocks defensively. She also three service aces to add to the offensive attack. In the final, Poole led the team with 13 kills. She was also responsible for four key points in a six point span that shifted the momentum in favor of Eastern in the final set.
