MAC Field Athlete of the Week
Ritchie Case (Stevenson / So. / Frederick, Md.) set a program record and placed second in the heptathlon (first among Division II) at the Bucknell Open with 4,757 points. Case’s night included a first-place finish in the 60-meter dash with a personal-best time of 7.19 seconds. He also set personal bests in the 1,000-meter run (2:50.36, 3rd) and high jump (1.85 meters, 2nd). Case also finished second in the long jump (6.60 meters) and the shot put (11.52 meters). His total points currently ranks No. 1 in the MAC, No. 2 in the region and No. 6 in Division III.
