MAC Field Athlete of the Week
Nicole Weenink (Eastern / Jr. / Mechanicsburg, Pa.) earns her fourth conference athlete of the week of the season. Weenink hit a personal best to win the triple jump at the Tufts National Qualifier with a distance of 11.97 meters. She set the meet record with the jumped and locked up the fifth-best mark in the nation to head to nationals. She is also ranked fifth in the long jump heading into nationals.
