MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week
Katarina Polyviou (DeSales / Sr., GK / Cranford, N.J.) repeats as conference defensive player of the week for her second of the season. Polyviou opened the week with four saves on 12 shots in a setback to Muhlenberg, but then made a statement in the second game of the week. The senior made 23 saves on 41 shots faced in a 4-2 win against Arcadia. The Bulldogs were outshot 41-11, but thanks to Polyviou they were able to overcome the deficit.
