MAC Swimmer of the Week
TJ Dalton (Arcadia / Sr. / East Stroudsburg, Pa.) repeats as conference swimmer of the week for his second of the season. Dalton recorded three individual victories and set a pool record in a tri-meet with Immaculata and Wilkes. The senior set the Lenox Pool record in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:13.17. Dalton also won the 200-yard freestyle (1:48.99) and the 200-yard IM (2:02.66). Dalton has the conference’s top 200 breaststroke and 200 IM times, while ranking third in the 200 freestyle.
