MAC Swimmer of the Week
Rachel Woomer (King’s / Fr. / Douglasville, Pa.) recorded three individual victories and helped with a relay win in a dual meet with Arcadia. Woomer won the 200-yard butterfly by 15 seconds with a time of 2:11.02. She also won the 200-yard breaststroke (2:38.04), 100-yard butterfly (1:00.88) and the 200-yard medley relay (1:57.59). Her 200 fly time is second in the conference only two her own top time.
