MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Emmanuel Edoukou (King’s / Jr. / Wilkes-Barre, Pa.) broke a pair of school records while running two of the fastest times in the MAC this season. The junior qualified for the final in the 60 meters at the Marc Deneault Invitational with a time of 7.08 seconds before breaking his school record with a time of 7.01 seconds to finish fourth overall and the top Division III finisher. His time is the second fastest in the conference and fifth in the region this year. Edoukou then won the 200 meters in a school record time of 22.72 seconds topping a field of 28. His time is ranked third in the MAC and fifth in the Mideast Region heading into next week's Championships.
