MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Patrick Watson (Stevenson / Sr. / Edgewater, Md.) earns his fourth conference weekly award of the season. Watson was named the 2020 MAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Year. Watson won a gold medal and was named All-MAC First Team in the men’s mile run (4:26.49), 3,000-meter run (8:45.68) and 5,000-meter run (14:44.12). His 5,000-meter time broke the previous championship record time of 14:49.45 set in 2019. The senior was a member of the silver medalist and All-MAC Second Team Distance Medley Relay team (10:28.15).
