Mitch Forgash (King’s / Jr. / Swoyersville, Pa.) ran the second-fastest Division III 800-meter time to win the event at the Widener MAC Only Meet in a King's record 1:53.20. Forgash ran 56.21 seconds over the first 400 and was second at the bell before he closed in 57.00 seconds to win his fourth career outdoor 800m.
