Alyssa Taylor had a tremendous week in the circle for Manhattanville as the Valiants went 5-1, making five appearances and posting a 1.20 ERA, a 3-1 record and one save over 23.1 innings. The week started in memorable fashion on Tuesday against John Jay, tossing a no-hitter and also cranking a three-run homer in game one and topping off the day with 3.1 innings of scoreless relief to earn another win in game two. She held Wilkes scoreless through six innings to pick up a conference win on Saturday against the Colonels, then came back to allow one earned run in eight innings and earn the game-two save against Staten Island to end the week on Sunday.
