MAC Freedom Pitcher of the Week
John Poccia (DeSales / Sr., P / Monmouth Beach, N.J.) was incredible on Saturday helping DeSales clinch the best-of-three series against King’s. Poccia pitched a nine-inning complete-game while scattering seven hits in a 7-1 win. Poccia recorded the second most strikeouts in a game in the win, fanning 15 Monarchs without issuing a walk.
