MAC Men’s Runner of the Week
Josh Noble (Arcadia / So. / Newtown Square, Pa.) took first-place at the Griffin Open with a time of 17:55.8 in the 5K. Noble had a 5:46-mile pace to claim the first individual victory in program history. He finished six seconds ahead of the second-place finisher. Noble, who made his cross country debut for the Knights, moved into fourth all-time in the program 5K leaderboard.
