MAC Offensive Player of the Week
Jack Cooper (King’s / Fy., F / Santa Cruz, Calif.) had five points on three goals, including two power-play goals and a game-winning goal, and two assists to lead King's to a 1-1 record. He began the weekend with two goals and one assist on four shots as the Monarchs nearly upset 14th-ranked Wilkes. Cooper assisted on King's second goal of the game and then scored twice in the third period as the Monarchs battled back from a 5-2 deficit. Then on Saturday, he assisted on the game-tying goal in the second period before scoring the game-winning goal in overtime of a 3-2 victory over Albertus Magnus.
