High School Union County Vo-Tech MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week Jason Mangiovi (Widener / Fr. / Fanwood, N.J.) had a hand in winning four events while leading the Widener men’s swimming team to a 149-111 win over Cabrini on Saturday at Cabrini University. Mongiovi won the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke and 200 individual medley while also helping the 200 medley relay earn a victory. The Fanwood, N.J. Native won the 100 breast in a time of 1:00.60, claimed first in the 200 breast in 2:16.75, and touched the wall first in the IM in 2:00.00. Mongiovi’s times in the 100 breast and IM were both personal bests.
